This course focuses on helping you to reconnect with your needs, desires, and values by teaching mindfulness techniques to help you slow down, be more present and aware, and make choices that bring more balance and satisfaction into your life.


To support you in making choices that help you find more balance, you’ll also be provided with practical and effective strategies for creating better boundaries, with others and with yourself.  You’ll learn that creating better boundaries is not only about saying “no” or limiting your exposure to certain situations, activities, or people - creating better boundaries also means saying “yes” and being open to receive the connection, support, respect, and care that you deserve.


I designed this course to be easily understood by beginners – you don’t need to have any experience with mindfulness before you begin.  You’ll have the opportunity to learn basic mindfulness techniques through instruction and with the use of downloadable guided meditations.


During the course, you'll complete exercises to…

  • Get clear on your goals

  • Recognize the warning signs that signal when your limits are being pushed or when you need to set a boundary

  • Identify what actions you can take to improve your boundaries

  • Build your motivation to make a change

  • Overcome your fears
