This course is for you if you are looking to find work-life balance, you have a hard time saying no, you recognize that you need to start taking care of yourself better, or you’re simply tired of feeling worn out and dissatisfied with how your life is going and you are hoping to find a better way of doing things.
When you are always on the go or busy or exhausted by your life, you can end up disregarding your needs and your limits, and you can lose sight of what matters to you most. This course focuses on helping you to reconnect with your needs, desires, and values by teaching mindfulness techniques to help you slow down, be more present and aware, and make choices that bring more balance and satisfaction into your life.

I designed this course to be easily understood by beginners – you don’t need to have any experience with mindfulness before you begin. You’ll have the opportunity to learn basic mindfulness techniques through instruction and with the use of downloadable guided meditations.
