In this 4 day intensive course we take a peek behind the curtain at the origins of your body image woes to gain more understand as to why you feel the way that you do about yourself. This isn't just a sit and listen course. By the end of day one you will be given instruction on how to create space and dump the stagnant junk that is keeping you stuck in body image misery!


During our time together, we will navigate that mean voice in our head that is our inner critic and break down tangible tools that you can use in real time whether it be before a date or while your are in the fitting room at a clothing store on the verge of a meltdown to help you move through the discomfort and avoid the downward spiral of negative thoughts.


After we have created space and let go of the things is our lives that were hindering us on our journey to loving our body we take time to express gratitude to our body through a guided meditation and mirror work practice,


In this course you will find several journal prompts, meditations, and direct calls to action that you can take and implement TODAY!
