Welcome to Dr. Moutsatsos course (of MetaMorphosis MD) and her12 weeks primer on basics for learning about weight loss. During this 12 week course, you will learn about the building blocks of approaching weight loss from a weight loss specialist, who is a board certified doctor in both obesity medicine and internal medicine. The course will touch upon important tenants of weight loss and management including nutrition, behavioral changes, positive thinking, sleep, water consumption, exercise and other factors that may affect your weight loss program. Dr. Moutsatsos has worked with hundreds of patients and knows that forming a base of knowledge and building blocks for a healthy lifestyle prior to weight loss is key to successfully setting up any weight loss plan and ultimately to losing weight. She is looking to make the tenants of her teaching accessible to those all over who need a great place to get started in their weight loss journey. Dr. M believes that weight loss is not just about food. It takes an understanding of where someone is in their current life, and making changes to the way people approach weight loss, sleep, habits, mood, and whatever else is going on in their lives.
