  • You learn how to detoxify with a full 14-day program.

  • You learn about herbs, foods and strategies to heal your gut and have a healthy digestive system

  • What kind of ingredients to avoid in the food you buy, and what foods to add to your diet in order to nourish your cells and maintain a healthy weight.

  • You explore ways to reduce stress in your life, connect with nature, and sleep better.

You will learn key principles to resetting your health and well-being, and simple shifts you can make in your daily routine and eating habits that will have a drastic impact on your weight, your energy levels, and how you feel in your body.


The course doesn’t go into a ton of hard-to-understand science. The information is straight forward, and the focus is on giving you practical data that you can apply right away to get results.
