Meditation does not have to be complicated. In this course, you will learn a simple and easy meditation practice that is quick and can be done anywhere. You'll build a brief meditation practice that will fit into your busy lifestyle, will make you feel good, and help you reduce stress.

Who am I to teach you how to meditate?

Besides being a certified transformational mediation instructor, I am a lifetime meditator with two master's degrees and a black belt in martial arts. But degrees and certifications and black belts aren't important. What is important is that I am a busy family man who has juggled a full-time career, being a dad to twins (oh my!), teaching, studying and meditation.

I have used mind, body, spirit techniques to heal myself, to reduce stress, and to perform better on the job and as a father.

I am not smarter than you. I am not special. I have just learned a few things out of necessity that I want to share with you. If I can do it, so can you.

Why learn meditation from this course?

There are a gazillion ways to meditate and many many courses you could learn from. So how do you decide if this course is the right one for you?

This course is ultimately about the health of your mind and body. If you are looking for astral travel or some other kind of spiritual benefit, this course won't cover that. This course does not go in-depth into any particular spiritual tradition.

But this course will help you build a foundational meditation practice that you could build upon - or you could just do this practice for the rest of your life. You will see benefits.

Much of this course is science-based. I will loosely reference well-researched techniques and outcomes, but you do not need a degree in science to understand it.  I have developed this course to be practical rather than theoretical.

You will find this meditation practice helpful in reducing stress, improving your ability to focus, sleeping better at night, and developing more patience with others. The benefits of regular meditation practice are well researched.
