This course on Climate Change is a global consolidation of the most relevant sources of information you will need to improve your knowledge and take more informed actions on this important subject.  It is a long, deep course of 12 hours of film that covers all you need to know on this vast and continuously expanding subject.

You will receive a comprehensive  overview of the current developments including the scientific body of proof for climate change, the history of international negotiations in response to climate crisis, pathways and challenges of transition to net-zero economy, emerging regulatory landscape,  climate reporting, target setting, risk management, scenario analysis and climate data, climate finance, high-level overview of green technologies, and challenges related to decarbonisation of specific sectors of the economy with more detailed decarbonisation guidance for governments and companies.

This course is designed for all professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and improve their awareness and understanding of a wide range of climate change related topics.   They can then use this knowledge and awareness to inform their own strategies and subsequent actions in both professional workplace and personal life.

For this course, we have interviewed a number of experts specialising in energy transition, energy efficiency, government policy and climate finance, and included relevant publicly available material in a structured way. 

We have tried to distil the topics covered into short, easily digestible sections and topics, so that you will grasp the main messages, rather than having to do the research into the original sources yourselves.  If you want to go deeper on any topic and access the original sources we provide you with the links to do so. 

If you are studying another course on climate change covering sustainable and environmental management or for your particular profession: for example ESG investing or risk, this course will complement that area of study and provide you with an additional source of material and will hopefully provoke additional thoughts on the topics you are studying.
