The course, Personality Awareness and Personal Development focuses on learning the skills that helps you understand who you are and the factors that determines why you behave the way you do.

Understanding who you are helps you build and make better relationships with people both in your personal situation and at work place (for your professional career).

The course also links personality development with Soft skills to show they both go together and how developing your soft skills helps improve your personality.

The course is applicable to people on all levels.
