10 Week At Home Full Body Workout For Beginners

This 10 week at home workout program includes 10 full body workout routines using dumbbells and body weight for the exercises.  The exercise routines are designed to help improve your strength, balance and coordination, which in turn can help improve your overall level of fitness.  We also cover the things you will need, such as dumbbells, a step stool or something stable to step up onto, and a stable chair or platform to hold onto for some of the exercises.  We also discuss the major muscle groups in the body, and some of the everyday movements of each of the muscle groups.  We cover how many sets and repetitions to perform and recommendations for the amount of weight you should start with for each of the exercises.  We discuss how the workouts are designed and go through a couple of different ways to schedule your workouts on a weekly basis.  There is also a fully body stretching routine included, as well as recommendations on warming up and cooling down.  We also discuss some of the different options of purchasing dumbbells and we cover rest and recovery, and how much time between sets.  We cover a little about nutrition, such as water consumption, protein intake, and the importance of consuming fruits and vegetables.  There is also a section on how to perform the workouts, including doing the routines in a circuit training method.
