I will guide you on how to go through the process and discover what your product is all about, which means figuring out who is likely to buy your product, deep-diving into what your product is about, etc.

For the purpose of this training guide a fictional company, The Owlery Coffee Co, was created to illustrate the different touchpoints. It was chosen because a coffee shop is in the industry of delivering a service and a product. It doesn't matter if your startup is a service delivery or physical product, as I will touch on both, and you can find some commonality in what you do. The Owlery Coffee Co will be used as an example to talk through all the discussion points
