In the physical part the goal is to connect with the different body sensations like breathing and heart rate - you can answer where you feel everything in your body, and develop a conversation that is without self-judgment and resistance, but a friendly conversation, full of compassion and interest. there are ways of your body to update you on what is happening with you and make sure you are aware and attentive
In the mental chapter we will work on the thought patterns, limiting and empowering beliefs and what stories you tell yourself.
You will learn how to do pre-priming - which basically means how to prepare yourself for a particular experience .
In the emotional chapter we will work on the awareness of what emotional intelligence is - our ability to contain our emotions and how much our range of emotions is developed. It is the awareness of the level of impact that life has on us, through our life experiences - how we actually feel and sense everything that is happening
During this course you will become your best version, you will be able to find your simple and easy ways to balance the areas of life and make sure that you really make the most of every moment in your life.
