Everything you need to know to start losing weight TODAY!

This class is aimed at anyone new to health and fitness or anyone who feels that losing weight is too difficult. My aim with this class is to give you the relevant knowledge to start losing weight immediately. I give you only relevant information as well as tips and tricks that have helped me to lose over 25kg while building muscle and completely restructure my eating habits while enjoying the whole process.

This class is divided up into 4 parts, and the topics range from background information such as what carbs, proteins, fats are etc. And then I explain how weight loss works, essential websites and apps that help. How to start working out and STAY working out for someone new to the gym or struggling to stay consistent. The psychology behind my advice and why it works, in the following sections I then answer common questions that will arise in the future as well giving my own personal tips surrounding diet, nutrition, workouts etc.

I hope you enjoy this class, I really wished I had this information when I started my journey but I truly hope it will make your own health and fitness journey easier.
