breathwork to activate the heart and nervous system

high energy cardio moves with mantras to rewire the brain and emotional body for healing and abundance (16 moves with 16 affirmations to open and heal the heart)

cool down and lower body

final meditation and rest to allow all the energy you created to merge with your higher self, allowing your cells to absorb all the healing energy
