As a coach and trainer, I accompany several people in their personal and professional development path, and the theme of self-knowledge is often the first step and the basis for the work of transformation and growth.

A better understanding of our way of functioning, our values, and our unconscious patterns of behavior, thinking, and interpretation of the world is the first step to personal questioning and re-evaluation.

This deeper understanding of ourselves will open up the field of possibilities - choosing which limiting beliefs we no longer need and can let go of, and which patterns to encourage and develop.

The course is aimed at people who are seeking better communication, more authentic relationships, greater emotional stability, and tools for personal growth. It is a very interactive training, with exercises, self-diagnostics, and a logbook to accompany the self-discovery.

By the end of the training, participants will have a better understanding of their qualities, challenges, communication styles, brakes and development drivers.
