I'd recommend this course to anyone working a helpdesk or anyone new to Office365

This course covers the basics of User Creation, Differences between Distribution Lists and Shared Mailboxes, Email Traces, Rooms and Equipment, Support and Health Status.


Sections :


User Creation - Covers how we find users, how we add mailboxes, how we delete users, how we edit users and how we export user lists.


Distribution/Shared Mailboxes - Teaches you the differences between both of these, how to create both, how to add members to each and also where to find these on the portal.


Email Traces -  We cover email traces, how to find these, how to go ahead and do a trace, how to export a trace.


Rooms and Equipment - We cover rooms and resources, cover how to add members and also the use cases for these.


Health Status - We review the health page, often over looked, we explore why we should use this and the benefit it provides.


Support - We then tackle, support, how to find support and documentation.


I hope that this course assists people to get a basics overview of the 365 Portal and its functionality.
