If you want to improve all your motor skills, learn something new, reach your own top form, feel better, to enjoy while you workout, learn something about Karate and self-defense and find out how we combined those two things with dynamic Fitness in an interesting way and also maybe one day hold your own AKA training - then this course is for you!

AKA Fight Fitness course is designed for people who want to hold AKA trainings for others. So we have adapted this course to this and divided it into the following most important segments:

  • must know

  • warm-up

  • final combinations

  • individual folders for each group of final combinations where they are explained in more detail

  • active break

  • stretching

  • an example of our training.

After you have completed the whole AKA Fight Fitness course with a little practice you can hold this type of trainings for others.

The most important thing is that you don't need any previous knowledge related to Karate.

But even if you do not want to hold AKA trainings for others, you can still complete this course and be part of a different type of Fitness and workout with us because you will expand your awareness about self-defense and learn some basic things from Karate and self-defense that are customized and simplified and that you can exercise to perform in real life if you find yourself in some physical danger. Also, by doing AKA Fight Fitness you can reach your top form in a very interesting way because you will improve all your motor skills and learn something new in general that will make you feel better in every way.

This is our first course which includes only basic punches and kicks while we are working on the second and third course which will cover all the techniques and combinations of AKA Fight Fitness and which will help you reach an even higher level.

This type of Fitness will help you burn a lot of calories and become and stay fit. Our combinations are not very complicated and difficult but they require the involvement of almost all groups of large muscles because you are constantly moving your arms and legs.
