People experience the feeling of being anxious to varying degrees. Like stress – a little can be helpful in getting us to take notice so that we can become self-aware and choose directed action. The way we perceive it, manage it or suffer it determines what impact it has on our lives.
This is for you if you sometimes find yourself feeling anxious or overthinking the past or worrying about future outcomes or finding yourself taking on too much of the feelings of others.
This is a 6-day course that takes you through reframing anxiousness through experiential learning based on Neurolinguistic Programming and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, or ‘tapping’). At the end of the course you have an option to continue with the meditations and tapping exercises to assist you in managing anxiety and to install new habits.
This program is designed to be short and fun and as simple as possible with short talks and exercises. The program flows through from day 1 to day 6 and takes about 15 minutes a day.
