Process: Learn how to move through emotions and create more harmony within yourself regardless of the challenges that may arise.
Trust: Build a deep trust in yourself by practicing intuitive decision making and living in aligned action.
Evolve: Map out how your can do and be more of what your authentic self knows is good for your evolution.
Celebrate: Acknowledge your deeper self-awareness, and the steps you take whether large or small.

Watch video content totaling ±60min weekly
Complete daily exercises totaling 10 to 30min a day depending on how deep you are willing to go
