Bullet Proof Back Program
Bullet Proof Back Program
Back aches and pains often get neglected until it’s too late, turning a minor and very fixable ache into a debilitating issue and chronic pain. We have helped 100’s of people suffering from back pain to rediscover freedom of movement and freedom from pain. Let us show you how you can move well, feel good and perform better.
Truth is…the current training programs that you get out there are not actually designed to help with your back pain. They’re either designed for body builders or they are designed for full-time athletes. This means that they’re both inefficient and needlessly harsh on your joints, this is why people find themselves spending their time foam rolling, stretching, dry needling and seeking massage therapists while their body gets stiffer and stiffer and the quality of their movement gets worse and worse.
Why? Because the programs are not designed for you or with you in mind! They have not taken into all the factors that can lead to back pain. They don’t understand what the necessary mobility drills, breathing mechanics and they don’t follow a tried and tested step-by-step system.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How will the BPB program help me?

– Pelvis / Hips
– Knees
– Ankles
– Feet
– Calves

How is the BPB program structured and how do I follow it?
It’s structured in a way that no matter what your ability is you’ll be able to take part and do as much as you want or need to do. 10-15 minutes a day is all you need for the program. It is designed in such a way that one round of the exercises is 5-6 mins and we recommend that you do two or three rounds.
How long does the BPB program last?
There are three progressive stages. Each stage is designed to last for a period of 4-weeks and builds you up to the next stage. Committing to each of the sessions for the full 12 weeks could change how you move, how you feel and how you perform forever. It’s important that you give yourself and your body the best chance of success. Dipping in and out won’t lead to the results you COULD get.
Will the BPB program be too advanced for me?
No! It is specifically designed as a step-by-step program to take you from a beginner to advanced over the course of the 12-weeks. There is also the option on each session of easier or advanced exercises that you can choose. You can take your time and build-up to the advanced ones later on if you like.
Will the program be too easy for me?
No! This program is created from our experience working with 100’s of clients over the past 6 years, including professional athletes and olympians!
I’m currently carrying an injury or have another health problem can I still do the BPB program?
If you’re currently injured or have other health issues consult your doctor or health care professional before starting this program. Do not start this program if you’ve been advised against it by your physician or health care provider.
If you experience any of the following while doing this program you should stop immediately:
– Faintness
– Dizziness
– Pain
– Shortness of breath
This program offers information in relation to breathing, mobility and strength training and is designed for educational purposes only. It is not suitable as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Can I do BPB in conjunction with my other training program?
Yes, absolutely! The program is designed to complement your other training programs and sports.
Do I need a gym or gym equipment?
No gym equipment is needed. However you can add weights to some of the exercises if you feel like it will help you get to the next level.
