This weekend is the 7th weekend of "The School of Meditation" which is focused on the Third Eye and Wisdom.
In the school, we will dive deep into every layer of human consciousness.

Grounding: How do we ground ourselves, grow roots and find our true home through meditation?

Joy: What kind of meditations can help to awaken our center of joy and happiness?

Power: How do we develop true inner power through meditation?

Love & compassion: How can meditation help us to open our heart chakra, experience it as the true center of our being and learn to have compassion as our main driving force in life?

Voice: How can our voice become a gate to deep meditation?

Wisdom: How can we use observation and self-inquiry as meditative approaches?

Spirit: How deep silence opens the door to unity consciousness.

This school… is not just another seminar.

It will be the deepest, most complete and transformative process Shai has ever taught about meditation.

It will teach us how to embrace every aspect of human life, support its development, and eventually awaken it.

We will explore and get to know the different centers of consciousness and meditative states in-depth.

We will become acquainted with the subtle, energetic processes and learn how to deal with and advise others in energetic crises. And of course we will learn different meditation techniques—and the knowledge of how each meditation can be used for another purpose. This approach of teaching meditation is unique.
