I use real examples of how employees have used these secrets to their advantage.  I have compiled these examples into a simple story of one individual who successfully navigated through their company and industry to expedite their career advancement.  After each of the five lectures I provide examples and practices that can be implemented immediately to achieve real results.

The course wraps up with the basic approach for creating a career development plan to organize the process and assist throughout the employee development.  I provide an example from the story of how our high-performance employee created her plan and I list tips and suggestions to get started.

While many of the examples focus around the architecture and engineering industry, the skills and principles are fundamental to just about all professional services communities.
