In this course, we will explore some of the reasons for nutritional deficiencies in general but also talk about how Stress could be one of the major reasons leading to nutritional deficiencies!

We will learn about the Specific nutrients that get depleted due to chronic stress and the important roles of these nutrients in the body.

We will also understand the signs and symptoms of these nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiencies gone undetected over long periods can lead to life-altering health complications. Different areas of your body can present with signs signalling to you that something is physiologically wrong. Being in tune with your body and being aware of the signs of nutritional deficiencies is critical to whole-body wellness. Optimal vitamins and minerals are required by the body to function properly. These small signs today are fixable and can prevent you from long-term health problems.

You will learn to consciously include good food sources of these specific nutrients that are needed in higher amounts during stressful periods in your life. But at the same time, they are the ones that get depleted during chronic stress.
