Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 8 (Tutorial and follow along)

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 8 (Tutorial and follow along)

The Chinese medical understanding of illness is dominated by reasoning based on Qi. Healthy Qi pertains to the body's resistance to disease, whereas Evil Qi refers to a variety of pathogens. In other words, the emergence of a disease depends not only on the disease but also on the body's resistance to it.

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi aims to adjust the body's internal functions by self-practice, to mobilize the human body's own potential, to give full expression to the subjective initiative of the human body, and to rely on its own strength to cure diseases and strengthen the body.

You may experience soreness, numbness, swelling, heat, etc. in your hands, feet, or other areas of your body when practicing Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, or a warm current may flow through your body, causing you to sweat slightly.
