The translation for Qi-Gong (Chi-Kung) is "energy of life." The exercises will activate the energy flow in the meridians; your will recover the life energy which we have since we are born.

Grandmaster Meiko Yuen Lee (multiple world champion for Asian Martial Arts) combined the Korean and the Chinese Qi-Gong (Chi-Kun).

He has been teaching an easy and intelligible Qi-Gong for everybody for 20 years now.


Grandmaster Meiko Yuen Lee is a student of Grandmaster Dr. h.c. Lee Keun-Tae 10. DAN (Präsident of WMAF) and Grandmaster Jung Jin-Mong 9. DAN. They are both Korean and they are Grandmasters of WONCHUK Qi-Gong.


Grandmaster Shaolin Monk Shi Deyu 31.generation from China, Grandmaster of LOHAN Qi-Gong and Doctor for TCM in the monastery of China, province Henan, is a teacher of MEIKO YUEN LEE as well.
