The book then extensively covers the TRX, a suspension training system which really is a GYM IN A BAG. Its the most revolutionary piece of exercise equipment out there. You can literally take a TRX anywhere and do a full body workout in under 30 minutes.
The book introduces you the TRX, its set up and its application. It also provides you with your first full all over body workout with instructions and photos. It also gives you a dedicated Abs routine too with instructions and photos..
The beginners course
This is the first 2 months of the exercise program to take everyone through the beginners phase. This consists of:
- A series of instructional videos that you can follow along to
- 2 mind conditioning tracks focussing your mind on your goals
- A series of coaching videos to support you in losing weight
The course and in particular the videos, are designed for you to take things at a rate that's right for you. Even if you haven't exercised before, you can still follow the exercises and scale them to a level of comfort that's right for you (we cover that in the videos).
