I have created The SOAR Method from studying alignment based Vinyasa yoga which emphasizes postures critical in achieving the strength, stretching, and flexibility required in Irish dance. As an 18 year competitive Irish dancer, I understand fully the challenges our steps and drills impose on our bodies. The methods found in these videos can be incorporated into your dance training on daily basis. Select a specific video designed to target areas in need of improvement in your dancing.
